I recently brought my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 into George’s to get a new “front end”. After my boyfriend decided he could do some of the repairs himself, we had George’s change the power steering line, install the pitman arm and allegedly do an alignment. My truck came back WORSE then it went in. My steering wheel was completely sideways, we called they said that they did an alignment and the right caliber was sticking, still, at a stop, the steering wheel should be straight. We called back in again at which time they proceeded to argue about the work done. Today, that same line they put on, busted, leaving me with a truck with no steering and no brakes with a trailer on the back. DO NOT take your vehicle here, if something is wrong, they won’t even offer you to bring it back in, just argue with you. Only problem was one of the technicians dented one of the wheel covers and the manager assured me they would pay for another. A week later I returned to purchase four tires for my trailer and Jimmy discounted the total for price of previous damaged wheel cover. I would highly recommend this company, they are fairly priced and fast service and stand behind their work. From the moment I called, walked in in the morning, the mechanic working on my car and the check out I was made to feel like family. The pricing on work is very fair! You won't get nickled and dimed. Whether you need a tire changed or thousands of dollars in repairs, I wouldn't go anywhere else when I need something done to my car. Let me add that I have had to have thousands of dollars of work done on my F150 here and today I had to have a tire replaced on my Altima. Thank you to Jimmy and all of the guys there today! They are friendly, honest and tell you what you need without trying to suck extra out of you. Their prices also seem to be better than anywhere else I checked.
